weird cycle change

Hey, I am a little bit concerned about my cycle, for my whole life it was about 28ish days, and two months ago after really really stressful time my cycle changed from that to be like 40ish days long, did anyone else had the same situation? I think it may be connected with hormonal changes such as issues with testosterone, I have to add that my tummy is hairy, and I have pubes on the inner part of my thighs, but I just wanna know if anyone else had similar situation happen to them, I know that I am not pregnant, I had my periods every cycle but now my cycles are really long
