Weird cycle for February....🤷🏽‍♀️

So this has never happened to me before... I had my period for February 27-Mar 5 everything was good to go after that but exactly 7 days later March 12th I started bleeding not spotting bleeding (with clots) as if my period started again but I was also clearly ovulating....(lasted 4 day) and just stopped abruptly...now I’ve had a dull ache on my left lower abdomen for now 4 days... (Since the 18th)

Has anyone else gone through this?
