No more pre-cycle breast soreness after miscarriage

Before I start, FYI I do have an appointment with my fertility dr and plan to ask about this...

I have regular cycles and my pre-period

symptoms include breast soreness. My husband and I did our first IUI in September and got pregnant, then miscarried at 9 weeks. It took a few months for my Hcg to return to normal and to start a normal cycle. We have now had two unsuccessful IUIs and currently in the tww for another IUI. It occurred to me that ever since my miscarriage I have not had breast soreness before my period. Also, when I had gotten pregnant, I thought it didn’t work because I had the same breast soreness. Any thoughts on why I no longer have this? I was thinking something was off with my hormones and that’s maybe why IUI hasn’t worked again for us.
