How would you handle this situation

Bethany

So I'm basically a first time mom since I have had two miscarriages and now I'm 19 weeks with my rainbow, I am considered high risk due to blood pressure not stable and psudeotumor cerebi (a rare neurological disorder), I go to a clinic that handles high risk pregnancy but also see a maternal fetal medicine doctor. My practice makes you see the nurse Practitioner a couple times due to the doctors begin busy. I saw the np last Thursday and the overall appointment was good besides some comments she made that rubbed the wrong way. Like she would kick me out of the clinic if it was up to her begin so high risk (even tho I'm not), I brought up my concerns to my doctor that day in a email and she said she would address it. Apparently the np told my doctor that she was surprised with how I felt and thought highly of me as a patient. My doctor said I could switch between her and a different doctor at the practice if I no longer felt comfortable seeing the np. It seems like my doctor is on the nps side and I just can't see how anyone would tell a patient that if it was up to them they would kick you out of the clinic. The nps bed side manner is horrible but my ob is a great doctor.
