So scared need prayer and other people stories

So I had miscarriage on February 16 and found I was pregnant again March 16 . I had went to ER on March 18 for cramps and found out my hcg level were 40 and now had result back from my second blood test which was taken on March 23 and now there only 54 . Doctor want me to go back again tomorrow for another blood work and I will know how this may end on Friday . So has anyone had successful pregnancy with similar number ? Does this indicate another miscarriage since my hcg level are rising way to slowly? I just need advice hope and prayer . Please give me your stories and advice . Anything will help.

UPDATE: I miss heard my doctor yesterday . I thought she said 54 but I was able to access my blood work and the real number is 654!!! NOT 54 Which the doctor said it still low but had my other blood work today. Praying my number go up. But I have a progesterone level of 26.1 is that good ??? And should I be excited about the 654 number or not because I don’t want fee so happy now if it end up in miscarriage so please opinion and advice .
