Lips??

Do the lips look funny in this ultrasound? I had my 20 weeks one at just under 22 weeks cause I got sick with corona and I am overthinking things probably but they just look odd to me. Maybe it was moving and its just the snapshot made them look odd? The tech didn't sound concerned throughout the scan at all. She said the photo is nose, lips and chin and she sounded happy when pointing them all out lol

We did do the 12 week ultrasound that said everything was totally fine and low low risk for anything so I feel like I'm overthinking but can't help but be concerned as one of my friends had a baby with cleft - and is just going through the process of all the surgeries etc. Also doesn't help that I was sick w corona 3 weeks ago so feeling guilty and hoping baby is fine
