Okay if this is on your arms, thighs cheeks basically anywhere and especially if they are hard and it is white stuff that comes out kinda like sand its called KP or Keratosis pilaris.. ALOT of people go untreated and assume it's just normal. My son was diagnosed and his biological mother had it as well. They make a lotion to help get rid of it.

It’s from shaving so much. Maybe take a break from shaving ? Also, try not to shave when there’s barley any hair that just irritates the skin. Try to gently exfoliate more so there will be less dead skin build up which adds to the bumps. Hope this helps!
