Unemployment question

Does anyone know if you can claim unemployment due to being in school? I start college next week and I am going to have to quit my job in order to attend my classes. I have to take 12 credits and one of my required classes is in the middle of my work day.

Edit: I already asked if they can offer me part time and they said no. Lol
