Ovulation bleeding: HELP

This happens every single time I’m on my fertile window, it’s not spotting, it’s straight up bleeding. My cm is watery and stretchy too but I don’t know why I bleed so much. I got my period 13 days ago, it lasted 6 days, and I haven’t stopped spotting/bleeding since then. I know it’s not pregnancy related, I practice protected sex and pull out combined and the condoms have never failed, plus I avoid sex on my fertile window

My gyn and endocrinologist both said it may be endometriosis, but they didn’t do anything about it and just told me to get on BC
