I want to get the Johnson and Johnson one because I just want one but am scared because I’m breastfeeding

It’s fine to get it while breastfeeding, but I wouldn’t get the J&J one. It’s only about 66% effective whereas the other 2 dose vaccines are as effective as 95%. If you’re going to get it and have the option, I’d go for the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.

You have to talk to your docs. I talked to both my OBGYN and our pediatrician. I got the Moderna. They both recommended it.
