Is rigatoni pasta and white rice healthier than let’s say Doritos?
This month Doritos have been my thing and trying to be healthier, I cut back on chips. Instead I was having rice or portioned out Pasta to go with meatballs. What I was wondering tho, is if the pasta and rice is actually healthier than chips or about the same or not healthier at all? I really don’t like quinoa or grains like that, so I’m trying to compromise
