Exercising?

So before I found I was pregnant, I have always struggled with my weight. This past year I was able to go from 185 to 160. I am 5:2 and I just got into running in January. I actually got up to running 4 to 5 miles 4 times a day. Until I thought I strained myself. Turns out that was just my body telling me I was pregnant. Anyways, I am wondering if people still continue with their exercises? Still run? I know I'm going to slow down eventually lol I just really don't want to gain unwanted fat. Pretty much over do it. So far I have always ate healthy. Right now I don't get too hungry, but I do eat my good meals. Just wondering who keeps up with their exercises or what are your alternatives. Thank you ! Oh I believe I am 9 weeks. I still have my prenatal appointment on Tuesday. Thanks ladies!!
