What can I do?

I'm so so ugly. I don't know what to do. Guys lose interest because there's so many beautiful and gorgeous girls out there and they can do so much better than me. How can I improve my  looks so I can attract someone without paying loads for surgery? I hate how I look so much, it would be alright if I had a lush body to compensate for my horrible face but I don't 😔

You're not ugly if men pay attention to begin with. As people get to know other people sometimes they just don't really click.

It may not be a physical thing that you need to work on, it may be something internal. If you come off clingy or needy, if you talk like this, obviously people get tired of people being down on themselves and don’t wanna be around that negative energy. Someone with low self-esteem, constantly depressed or sad or whatever it may be, I don’t know how you are normally, but often times it’s personality people just don’t wanna be around somebody that they don’t click with. It could be that they are just looking for a hook up, and if you weren’t giving it they move on, not everyone wants the same thing and unfortunately things to hook up apps and friends with benefits of those type of situations, they just move on To the next person. Unfortunately it’s a game of numbers. They talk to multiple people at the same time, but one won’t do another will.￼ Most guys want someone who’s laid-back, someone who is funny, someone who doesn’t flip out and overreact or stress them out, someone who’s excited to see them like a dog not the fact that you have to pee the floor when you see them, but someone who is pretty carefree and doesn’t add more stress or anxiety to their life. It’s like men who are married and cheat. Why? Because they are an escape from reality, they aren’t yelling at them or demanding anything from them they aren’t stressing them out more, it’s just about the two of them having fun together and she looks at him like he’s the best thing since the invention of sliced bread, she laughs at his jokes, there’s no fighting and arguing, it’s completely guilt free commitment for you and they were just having fun. It’s kind of understandable why men do it. Because the opportunity presented itself,. He’s got the stable life at home, and then he gets to have fun with her she does whatever his wife won’t do. No drama, no fighting, no arguing, no complaining etc. I don’t think it has to do with your looks at all￼. If they are attracted to you to begin with to even talk to you, it’s not your looks, it’s something inside of you that is coming off not well to them or they’re just looking for a hook up and you want more. It may not be you at all I may just be that they are looking for a hook up something quick a quick fix. And if you weren’t putting out quickly, and you want more, they move on because you’re not looking for the same thing. If you want to change your looks, that’s up to you. Make up, losing weight, toning up your body, changing your hair, but you can do all of that and still not be what they are looking for. It could be internal or it’s just that they are not looking for a relationship and they are just looking for a quick fix. An entire industry dedicated to making yourself look different. Eyelash extensions, hair extensions, hair weaves, Spanx to suck in any places you don’t want sticking out, push-up bras, water bras￼,  those chicken cutlet things that you stick inside your bra, make up, fashion, but in reality it’s how you carry yourself, your self-esteem, your confidence, what you tolerate and what you won’t tolerate, never allow loneliness or desperation to be the reason that you settle for less than you deserve. Unfortunately dating sucks right now because of these hook up app so you can literally order a woman like a meal on GrubHub. A decent man who is looking for someone to marry, is hard to find, unfortunately most of them the minute you catch feelings, they want out. They become distant, they become an asshole, until you get tired of it and you want out￼ etc. Unfortunately it’s just a really crappy time to be dating. Honestly I would work on yourself inside and out, take the time to heal, never allow anyone to ever make you feel bad about yourself, maybe seek some therapy or work on your self-esteem and your confidence, daily affirmations, screaming into a pillow, journaling, exercise, yoga, volunteering, sometimes just getting out of your own head and focusing on other people and realizing you don’t have to worry about the things that they have to worry about and makes you almost like a makeover for your soul and you focus on other people instead of yourself. People whose houses have burned down in your building a home from Habitat for Humanity or feeding the homeless at a soup kitchen or reading to the blind. It makes you grateful that you don’t have to deal with what they have to deal with. And also remember that being in a relationship or The number on the scale or the size of your pants or any of these things they don’t complete you or define you or your happiness, you do, you complete yourself. You define yourself, and happiness comes from within, never depend on anyone for your happiness or you will surely be let down. Take the time to heal, seek some counseling if you need to

Just because one guy doesn't find you attractive doesn't mean others won't. You can't be everybody's cup of tea! What floats someone's boat, doesn't float another's. And besides, I'm sure you're beautiful just the way you are, even if you can't see it. ^^

Perhaps they lose interest because of your lack of self-confidence. Maybe work on that and appreciating your unique qualities before trying to date.
