Preeclampsia without the high bp?

So my doctor diagnosed me with preeclampsia a few weeks back because I had huge amount of protein spilling in my urine as well as bad migraines that led me to stays at hospitals, blurry vision, and high bp. I did the 24hr urine which my doc concluded has a lot of protein and it’s preeclampsia.

It’s been like 2ish weeks now that my bp has been completely normal, I would think it’s high because of the migraines I get (they don’t go away with anything) and the heart palpitations but whenever I check it would be around 128/70’s

The only medicine I’m talking is baby aspirin at the moment.

I looked up all this and I ended up with something called Atypical preeclampsia which occurs without your bp being elevated. I’m not a doc and I will discuss this with my doc, but my question is can you have preeclampsia without high bp? Or is it atypical preeclampsia? Or can it be something else?

Today’s one of those days again where I have a really bad migraine which isn’t going away, it’s been like 5-6 hrs now, I took painkillers but they didn’t help. The only thing that’s helping a LITTLE bit is laying in a dark room away from any sort of light. I checked my bp a few times and it was completely normal as well.
