Depressed

So recently I went for an ultrasound so see my pregnancy and they saw nothing I had further blood work done that showed my levels were high so I had a pelvic exam and today I had further blood work which suggested either etopic or miscarriage I am having an ultrasound Monday to see if they can see anything else but from the blood work today it don’t look good I’m supposed to be 7 weeks and 1 day but I’ve felt fine had normal symptoms idk what to think I’ve been trying for almost 4 years and finally got a positive just to end up in this situation just feels unfair I just feel so hurt I’m hoping for some better news Monday but it just don’t seem good right now
