Subchorionic bleed

So I found on Thursday I have a subchorionic bleed. I've been having on and off bleeding for days prior and weekly ultrasounds. I've always told the techs and my clinic about this and nothing was said or seen until 3 days ago. They told me I am 7 weeks according to my LMP and the gestational sac is still measuring small and empty. My labs have fluctuated so much in two weeks...that they basically told me tomorrow's scan is confirmation of pregnancy loss. Can anyone share any similar experiences?
