Trisomy 21!!!
Hi gals, i double marker on my 12 th week and 3 days. i had got 1:26 for trisomy 21 which is for down syndrome!!
Nasal bone was not present and papp-a level was 0.23 mom.So i have been adviced to take amino fluid test!! Is there any chance that i will get my amino fluid test as negative !! im very nervous and tensed as i have to wait 3 more weeks to take my test at 16 th week!! Any thoughts please?
