Reassure
Hi everyone, I’m on Xulane (the patch). I have extremely high anxiety since I was a toddler. I’m supposed to get my period tomorrow but I’ve been feeling so anxious today to the point of me shaking. I’m very careful with my patch and my bf and I used condoms this month. I just need reassurance that I’ll be getting my period tomorrow because my brain isn’t listening to the logic I keep telling myself 😥
