When to wash baby clothes & such??

Hey Mamas,
Just wondering when did you all or have you all started washing your babies clothes before their arrival? I’m 30 weeks with 69 days left to meet my beautiful little girl but haven’t started washing her clothes and things because I don’t want to do it too early. I’m a FTM so I’m new to all of this.

I started washing everything at 35 or 36 weeks. Didn't want them to sit too long to get that weird dusty closet smell but I also didn't want to wash them too late and not have anything if I went into labor earlier than expected!

Ive been washing and putting away as ive gotten them or pulled then from the basement so i started at probably 20ish weeks. Im 32 weeks and her clothes are all set with the exception of the ones i keep buying. I dont ever think its too early to start or to be prepared

Im 34+2, last week I started pulling stuff out of storage from my first and washing but I have lots left still

When we had our baby shower with our first, we took all the tags off and washed and organized everything. It made it so much easier

I did mine around 35 weeks because I didn't want her to come early and have no clean clothes!

I’m 35 weeks and washed some of them last week, still have some more things to wash but waiting on some to arrive in the mail to wash all at once . I haven’t washed bigger sizes just yet , I did newborn , 0-3 months , and 3 month sizes as of now .
