Anyone else eat bacon breakfast sandwiches?

From restaurants. While pregnant. Is this something that should be avoided? I’m always scared of eating meat from restaurants because of fear of listeria!

Well yes you can eat meat, salads, fruits and whatever else from restaurants lol don’t overthink everything you want to eat while pregnant.

I ate lunch meat and all kinds of meat my entire pregnancy.
Just stay away from raw meat and you’re totally fine.

I ate them, no problems. I think as long as its been cooked/warmed up its ok
