Skin care troubles

I wouldn’t say I have sensitive skin it is just “picky” if you know what I mean. I have a super simple skin care routine

1. Remove makeup (Mistler water) 

2. Wash face with hot/warm water

3.apply cleanser and wash off (Aveeno cleanser)

4. Apply toner (Young living toner)

5. Apply moisturizer (Bert’s bees moisturizer)

It is kinda weird, sometimes my skin looks better when I don’t do my skincare whole routine and i only wash my face and use my moisturizer. And skin care is expensive i don’t have the money/I don’t want to spend a bunch of money on a million different products.

Anyway do you have a very gentle face wash that is cheap that you would recommend?
