Dark Spots, Hyperpigmentation , ingrown hairs

Anybody know how to get rid of those? I wax but i always have ingrowns then it turns into dark spots. 🥴

i read somewhere that you should be exfoliating that area daily when you shower and it should help with ingrown hairs. but that area is also prone to ingrown hair because we wear clothing ( undies, pants, etc) that’s constantly touching it.
