Intense headaches🤕

Hey im 13 weeks and 5 days pregnant and im having really intense painful headaches, no matter how much water i drink they dont go away, i use to only get them every 3 days or so but now im getting them everyday and im worried they are not pregnancy related anymore, any advice would help as this is my first prgnancy, thanks 💗
