Any one have mitral valve regurgitation?

I had an echo because I'm having surgery on my b day. I have erythema that poped up with chest pains the past year.  Echo showed I have this mitral valve regurgitation. Were the valve to my heart isn't closing tight and causing blood to flow back into my heart. Anyone else have this? Treatments?

I have this I was diagnosed with it when I was about 17 or 18. They just do routine echos like every few years to make sure it hasn’t changed. I just had a baby and they kept a closer eye on it just because pregnancy and birth is a lot especially with the extra blood flow. And they made sure my daughter didn’t have it but unless there’s a major change in your valve or they notice the blood isn’t pumping correctly more then likely they will just monitor it.
