HCG confusion

I just want to know if anyone else has had something similar happen and what the results were for you. I had some brown spotting when I wiped for an hour then it stopped I went for a blood test to see what my levels were at and they were at 250 at 4 weeks 4 days. I had another HCG done at the hospital (my hospital sucks btw) and my dr said they looked to be around 137 so they were dropping and I would start miscarrying any day.... this test was from Monday, it’s Friday. I’ve still been taking pregnancy tests and some of them actually look darker than the ones I previously took before these levels were drawn. Has anyone else had this happen?
