Nursing for comfort and returning to work

My 3 week old loves to nurse and nurses for comfort frequently. She has no interest in pacifiers, we’ve tried several different kinds. She will take a bottle occasionally, but when she is upset all she wants to do is nurse. I’ve been fine with nursing for comfort (although I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want her to find another comfort at times), but as my return to work date gets closer, I’m getting more stressed about her being in distress when I’m gone. My husband will be home with her and our toddler for about a month until school lets out and I’m home for the summer. I really don’t want my return to work to be a miserable experience for everyone.

Any tips or advice for helping baby find another comfort?
