Hi guys so about 4-5 days ago I went to a new OBGYN because I was irritated down there with a jelly like yellow tinted discharge. So when I went I was checked very briefly and the doctor determined that I had a yeast infection. So I took the suppositories for 3 days and since then the symptoms have improved. However, my period was running late but during the time that I was using the suppositories I kept having a brown discharge that was on and off up until today it’s finally flowing red but very light. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m not sure if the yeast infection has anything to do with the flow of my period. Ive had brown discharge before but thats usually like left over blood once my period is over. I was also tested negative for pregnancy and I have a copper IUD if that helps.
