My period was supposed to start today. When I went to use the bathroom and wipe myself this is what I saw.

Implantation bleeding typically occurs between 6-12dpo, prior to your period. It's also pretty rare only occurring in around 20% of pregnancies.
If it is implantation bleeding then you will be able to test in 3-4 days and it show positive
