Working out

So I want to start working out, some info about me: I’m 19, 5’4/164cm and I weight 98-99lbs/45kg and I’m a female. I’m currently gaining weight which I want to since I’ve always been underweight but I want to grow my booty as well. Does anyone have some tips? I have weights at home so I’m able to use weights. I don’t really know how to make a workout schedule etc etc. Just need some help with that, thankyou!
