Pregnant ovulating or period comming?

i have been having nausea for 3 days it only gets better when i eat i have become gassy today i had some small cramping that didnt hurted that much and disappered after 20 minutes my period has never been right on scedule always late its 3 weeks since my last period i have been TTC for almost 7 months now please someone tell me what it can be
