2 weeks cramps but no period

So I’m currently 3 days late and my boyfriend came inside of me In March 16. I’ve been having cramps for the past 2 weeks already idk what’s going and it’s been like off and on. No spotting and I’ve been feeling fatigue and my nipples are hurting their like sensitive. I haven’t took any pregnancy test cause my fear is gonna come out negative.
