I love my job, but so sick of the people

I've been so pissed off with my job lately. I'm a counselor at a High school. I work with an agency and the agency is partnered with several schools. So parents can enroll their kids in counseling at the school. Our kids already get picked on and called the crazy kids and the school does nothing, but what has pissed me off more than anything is the last 2 weeks, they have been suspended kids(mainly ours) for the dumbest reasons. Like if one of the students is just feeling overwhelmed and he walked out of class into the hallway to have a panic attack, they could have sent him to our office so he could speak to me, his counselor but nope. Suspend him. One of our counselors left today because she was done with the Dean. I'm just tired if it! Our job is to help the kids and the school just wants to get rid of them like they're problems and suspend them left and right.
