Losing weight
Hey ladies I need some help, I just found out I’m pregnant with my third child which was planned and my husband and I are over the moon but I’m 5’6” 287lbs and I know I need to lose weight. What can I safely do aside from walk a lot to lose weight like what kind of foods can I cut from my diet to lose weight quickly but safely? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
