Email?

Can anyone verify the support/admin email? I sent one on the first and received an auto reply saying they would get back to me within 48 hours, but haven't heard anything after that. 
Is support@glowing.com the correct address? If not can somebody point me in the right direction?

That’s the correct email. I just emailed few days ago, I always get response usually next day.

It’s the correct one. But in all honesty they have been really bad recently at responding to their emails. :/ it’s really getting frustrating at this point.

I’ve emailed Glow twice in the last 5 days & still haven’t gotten anything back yet, except for the auto-response directly after sending them. It’s extremely frustrating, as is the reason why I emailed them in the first place. 🙄🤦‍♀️

I used to work for support for a company all via email & usually it can take longer to get a response if there’s a high volume of emails. If you check their “contact us” information, the email should be there.
