I want to start working out but am doing fertility treatments - will it negatively affect my chances in the TWW?
So I’m starting small and I bought a jump rope with a counter and I wanted to challenge myself to do at least 500 a day and go from there.
I’m on my 6th medicated cycle doing femara 7.5mg CD 3-7 and Gonal-f injections CD 9-11, Ovidrel trigger shot, and progesterone suppositories. Doing timed intercourse again this cycle but probably going ahead with an IUI next cycle if this cycle fails.
So I’m just wondering if this new exercise specifically jumping rope will affect my chances of implanting in the TWW? Cause I don’t wanna start the challenge and not be able to follow all the way through. Please let me know, thanks!
