I’ve been vegan for over 2 years but I’m thinking of eating fish again
I’m not gaining any weight no matter how hard I try. And now I’ve had a break up and it’s so hard for me to calorie count how I’ve been. The goal is 3000 calories a day and I’m barely at 1000-1500 on a good day. I’m also thinking of moving to a state that is heavy on seafood and it might be good for me. I’m feeling a little guilty I guess because I haven’t eaten meat in over two years. I’ve also lost 20 lbs and I’ve been insecure about my weight for a while.
I will never eat beef and chicken or drink milk again because of the hormones in the food but fish isn’t as bad right? Guilty guilty guilty
