Transitioning out of swaddle 😩

Heyy mommas! Any tips on how to transition my baby out of the swaddle? He’s already 4 months old. Currently sleeps swaddled, still doesn’t roll over from back to tummy, he sleeps on a pack and play next to my bed but I really want to move him to his crib. He is such ad good sleeper and sleeps through the night. I’m afraid that taking him out of his swaddle will affect his sleeping. So I would like to transition out of swaddle first before moving to crib. ANY TIPS ARE WELCOME!
