y’all i need help! i’ve had nexplanon for almost

2 years which will be in July 2021! The first year was great i would get my period it was longer than normal about 10 days but it was once a month and it was great, unfortunately i got 2 STDs from one person and of course was put on medicine, didn’t know i had either (DID NOT HAVE SEX WITH ANY OTHER PARTNERS) but something was telling me to get tested anyways since all of that and the medications i’ve been bleeding more, well spotting, that happened in february but march i’ve been bleeding almost a whole month going into this month now, idk if it’s from the STDs or my birth control i am so emotional i just want the bleeding and cramps to stop, i was not like this my doctor did say she felt a swollen lymph node on my ride side of my groin area, idk im just worried about my body and vagina!! this birth control is killing me it’s been great but now i’ve been bleeding non stop literally only had like a 2 day break
