Heyyy ladies!! I need some opinions

I am currently 5 or 6 dpo! I took clomid 100 mg this cycle.

And I just used the bathroom well when I got done I was fine but then 5 minutes later I had this sharp sharp pain go from my uterus area down into my vagina almost like a knife! Then it shifted from the vagina to my butt.. then the sharpness went away and my uterus still feels extremely sore. Can someone give me some guidance as to what this could be please?? Could it be a early sign? Or maybe even implantation?
