Do you diffuse tea tree oil during pregnancy?

I thought I would disinfect my kitchen sink using tea tree oil then the smell got so strong I opened the window to get some fresh air and now I’m paranoid about how much I inhaled and if its harmful to my baby 😞 I have had major anxiety about everything this pregnancy so I’m sorry if this question is silly!

you and baby are most likely fine, you weren’t huffing it for an extended period of time

I usually mix it with water. More water than tea tree oil. Try mixing it next time 🤗
