First Ultrasound Anxiety

I am 7 weeks, 5 days with my first pregnancy and I’m so scared something will go wrong at my first ultrasound. I’m going in in 3 days, and I have to go alone because the hospital’s covid rules don’t allow me to bring my husband.

How do you all cope with the anxiety of all the unknown? We’ve been trying for years, have had many health hurdles and are so excited, and yet, incredibly anxious.
