So confused, need advice

So last night I got 2 strong positive Premom pregnancy tests. I took another this morning also positive. Just went and got a clear blue and frer and they are both negative. It was only a 3 hour hold for the two higher quality tests. Can that make a difference or should I just assume I’m not pregnant. My period is due today and nothing so far obviously. Any help would be great. Thanks and baby dust to all!💕
