I’m ovulating this week - likely sometime Thursday- Sat, tbd. My husband mentioned tonight that he has early calls Wednesday-Thursday starting at 5am and will need to go to bed early for the rest of the week. He also had dental surgery last week and hasn’t been in the mood since (totally fair - stitches in his mouth). I asked him tonight if he wanted to skip TTC this month with everything going on and he replied “why does it always land on a week night!?”

Well first of all, I don’t control that. Second of all, we both WFH during the day, we could carve out some time in the daytime if night time was the problem. He just doesn’t seem to get that there is a very small window where we will be able to conceive. Both of our other pregnancies we weren’t trying, so actually TTC is proving to be very stressful for us.

I just don’t want to pee on a stick for OPK twice a day for the rest of the week if we aren’t even going to go for it. 😫
