Anyone do SeakPeek Gender DNA test and it was wrong???

I am still a bit in denial that I am having my second boy haha. I am excited, don’t get me wrong... but a little in denial. I have 15 nephews and 0 nieces. This will make the 16th boy and no girls. Just seems insane! Imagine flipping a coin 16 times and it always comes up heads? Wild!
Curious if anyone did sneakpeek dna and then later found out it was wrong??? I’m sure the chances are super duper low that it’s wrong since they claim 99.9% accuracy, but still curious!

I did the sneak peek test at 13 weeks and it said I was having my third girl. Currently sitting here feeding my sweet baby boy 😊 I'm glad it was wrong for us

I  feel you. I have 10 cousins along with nephews and the last girl was born 8 years ago. So when I did sneak peak at 8 weeks and it said girl I didn't believe it. But at 16 weeks I did a blood test at my obgyn and it still came back girl. I go tomorrow for my anatomy scan and boy it better be a girl bc I already got her entire nursery almost done 🤣

You really gonna sanitize if you love with messsy boys. A girl result would be right versus a boy you might have to question it. They do a refund after baby is born

Not personally but I see experiences on here frequently that say it’s easily contaminated with boy dna and could still be a girl, but if result is a girl, it’s def a girl. Not trying to give false hope LOL but technically it be incorrect LOL. How far along are you?  Could schedule a private scan to double check it?

I did mine at home in very close proximity to my son and husband and mine correctly came back boy. Ultrasound confirmed!

I did it at 8 weeks and swore I contaminated it because my finger was a bitch to get blood from and clotted fast so I sat on the floor for awhile trying and trying and we have males and male pets in the house I really thought I contaminated it for sure I had hopes of bows and tutus but he is definitely a boy confirmed by 3 scans lol

Mine was right! Took it at 8 weeks it said boy & then did the NIPT Test at 10 weeks and it said boy! 
It was also right for my 1st pregnancy which was also a boy!

Did you do at home or clinical? 
At home test are known for giving false boy results because it’s not a sterile environment. Even if you have male pets it can mess up the results. 
The only way (I know of) to get a false girl from at home is doing it early 
We did the clinical one at 9 weeks, and got girl and it was right

Mine was correct with girl results. There is always the possibility that boy results are incorrect.
