Active baby and no sleep at 22 weeks

Does anyone else have or had a super active baby? I’m almost 23 weeks and this kid is always doing something, kicking, moving just idk, reorganizing my insides I guess 😂 I like that I know he’s okay but it’s honestly gotten to the point where I cannot sleep basically at all 😭 I’m not sure what sleeping meds I can really take and honestly most sleeping meds never worked on me before pregnancy so I have no idea what to do other than stay up all night.

I just need some sleep 😂😭
