Going back to work and baby refuses bottle

I go back to work in a week and my 5 week old refuses the bottle. Every once in a while she will take it for a few sucks then pushes it away screaming, but mostly she just cries and turns her head when you put it to her mouth. We’ve tried about 6 different bottles/nipples. We tried introducing the bottle early on because we knew I’d be going back to work and the doctor wanted us to try supplementing because of her lack of weight gain.

Will she eventually give in if nursing is not available or will she starve herself while I’m at work?

I’ve been stressing about this for weeks. I cried during my shower tonight just thinking about my first day back at work.
