My 18 month old had his check up today- 2 shots. TDAP and I forget the other.

He woke up around 10PM and I went into his room and there was blood everywhere all over his bedding. He has never had a bloody nose before. Freaking out inside. Husband thinks it just a coincidence and not due to the vaccines but of course I already googled 😥😫

Anyone else have a similar experience?

I don't want to over react but I also don't want to under react.

He is sleeping peacefully again now
