Milk production after c section ?

Hey ladies how long did it take for your milk to come in I had colostrum but not enough for baby I guess so the hospital made me supplement I’m still pumping everyday but still not getting anything any advice ?

My daughter was born via scheduled csection so my body didnt have any of the labor hormones to help my body start to prepare for milk production. I sidnt have any colostrum in the hospital so we also had to supplement. It took until day 5-6 for my milk to fully come in

My milk came in about 4 days after delivery. I pumped exclusively. I was able to produce 2 to 3 oz each feeding. By day 11 I was up to 5 oz. l formula feed until I got some flow. So about 6 days after birth.

So let me start with this was my experience. It doesn’t mean it can’t be great for you!
My first c-section my milk took almost a week to come in and the latch was so bad that I gave up because it was too painful. 
My second c-section my milk actually came in before I “delivered” my baby but I never had luck on producing a lot. 
I hope you have good luck and it works for you. Drink tons and tons of water, that was something I needed to be better at and look up foods that help with milk supply; oats, protein, etc.
