Need reassurance at 5 weeks 5 days

I’ll preface this by saying I know my ultrasound was VERY early. Last week at 4 weeks 5 days I was sent to hospital with bad pain to rule out ectopic, they saw nothing in uterus (too early) so I had follow up today at 5 weeks 5 days. Pelvic ultrasound today revealed pregnancy in the uterus (thank you!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼) but no heartbeat yet. Doc said that isn’t necessarily abnormal. On Tuesday my HCG levels were at 4,400 so on track. They took labs again today. I just wish we had gotten to see the heartbeat, even though I’m aware it was a very early ultrasound. Anybody else not see a heartbeat around 5-6 weeks but see one a few weeks later? My follow up is in two weeks.
