If all was normal on your ultrasound then it should be okay! Your cervix is probably irritated. When I had my 13 week scan this week it was over my belly so I’m surprised they gave you an internal at 10 weeks. With all of my kids early ultrasounds, the sonographer warned me that some spotting can occur with the vaginal ultrasound. With my third child I had a tiny amount of brown spotting after my Pap smear at 10 weeks. All was fine and she is 2 now! The spotting should stop. If it gets worse or you start to cramp definitely call your Ob! ❤️

Was everything OK on the ultrasound? If so yes, it could have just irritated your cervix. I started spotting after my transvsginal u/s but the pregnancy was already no longer viable, but that when I started to miscarry right after the u/s at 9 weeks. I thinknif your u/s was normal then its ok, just monitor and if it gets worse call your doctor.

I had light pink spotting after, it can really irritate your cervix!! I’d monitor it just incase!
